Fleming's fury

One thing that has always driven me nuts are people who can’t tolerate other’s opinions.

The arguments all start the same.

First, this person starts off ranting in a way that makes them seem like they are intelligent individuals who have spent countless hours researching a subject to better understand the truth.

About halfway through, the person reading or hearing the rant realizes that the angry person is just peppering in fifty-cent words.

By the end of the rant, everyone can see how the person is not actually some genius here to enlighten us on a subject, but just another loon, hell-bent on promoting their own agenda and beliefs.

I have no personal agenda in writing this. I simply want people to realize that they can’t be taken seriously when their objections are based on a close-minded opinion of something.

Have you ever stopped and thought that maybe others don’t think or believe what you do?

Maybe I believe that the government has a secret program that uses electrical weapons against its own citizens. I’m sure you don’t believe that.

Does that make me wrong?

It just means we believe different things. So calm down. You aren’t right all the time.
