What really is cancer? Cancer is simply a temporary malfunction in your normal cell division process. The human body is an incredible complex system designed to be able to heal and protect itself against injury or disease. To allow your body to gain its fullest functioning potential to protect you, it needs the proper healthy nutrients to do so. If your diet contains not enough of the right nutrients it needs or is taking in too much bad stuff then its ability to function properly to fight off diseases like cancer is drastically reduced.
Each of us have around 75 trillion cells in our body. Virtually all of them replace themselves many times during our lifetime. The 75 trillion cells all have various life cycles, but in about 7 years, they will have all been regenerated. So, on an average day, about 300 billion cells in your body replace themselves by diving into two. One of the cells resulting from that division dies off. However not all cells function perfectly during this process.
In the 1920s, Dr. Otto Warburg won a Nobel peace prize for discovering the nature of cancer cells. All of our cells breathe in oxygen and breathe out energy. This process is critically dependent on the health of our cell membranes. When a cells oxygen intake has been greatly reduced, they turn into fermenting cells to survive. So when a cells oxygen intake has been greatly reduced, to survive they ferment glucose, abhor oxygen, and divide out of control.
These cancer cells exist in our bodies every day. Yes, we all have cancer cells. It is controlled by our immune system to quickly destroy them, that is part of its normal function. Because of lifestyle choices; particularly food, lack of exercise, emotional traumas or excess toxins, the number of these fermenting cancer cells grows beyond the capability of our immune system to handle them, we “get” cancer.
There are several conventional treatment methods such as seeing an Oncologist, radiation therapy and chemotherapy. Although, going through conventional cancer treatments will easily cost into the hundreds and thousands of dollars and have been proven to be ineffective and cause more severe problems. This explains why the natural cures which I am about to explain to you are unstudied and unused by the cancer industry.
Firstly, it is crucial to understand the body’s acidic and alkaline pH levels. Those who have cancer, have a pH level that is too acidic. Dr. Otto Warburg won the Nobel peace prize in 1931 for proving that cancer cannot survive in alkaline, oxygen rich environment yet thrives in an acidic low oxygen environment. Acidic blood is the root of cancer cells survival.
Secondly, you need to understand Inflammation. When our immune systems perceives a threat to our body inflammation occurs. A single meal high in animal fat cuts the arteries ability to relax normally in 1/2 for up to 6 hours just in time for your next meal. The blood stream becomes awashed with bacterial toxins known as endotoxins that are found in high quantities in animal products. They are highly resistant to cooking and our body’s best attempts at acid and enzyme digestion. Whether dead or alive, even fully cooked, the bacteria loaded food triggers inflammation, then the saturated fats boost the absorption of it into our bloodstream. Therefore meats and dairy will need to be cut from one’s diet.
Next it is crucial to understand your immune system. Your immune system is what fights of pathogens, which are anything that could be harmful to your body that can cause disease. If you have any autoimmune disease, inflammatory disease, or cancer then your immune system is functioning at an insufficient, less active than normal rate. In order for your immune system to function to its fullest effective potential to be able to fight off disease you need a diet rich in antioxidants.
To simply summarize it all up, you need to throw away any foods you have in the kitchen that are processed, completely stop eating meats and dairy, and stop any conventional treatment methods. You should have a diet with a large variety of fruits, veggies, grains, and legumes. The more colors of the garden you have, the better.
