Thanks to a heavy schedule of touring and singles like My Friends Over You, New Found Glory has been consistently able to pack venues throughout the world. Tuesday night at the House of Blues in Cleveland was no different.

New Found Glory’s current tour is in celebration of the 10-year anniversary of their eponymous breakthrough release. Each night the band plays their fan favorite self-titled record from start to finish.

Along for the tour are the bands Fireworks, Hello Goodbye and Saves The Day.

The crowd began to swell during the set change between Hello Goodbye and Saves The Day. Saves The Day took a less talk, more rock approach, and blazed through a 45-minute set, playing songs from each of their six albums and a b-side.

This tour is the first outing for this encarnation of Saves The Day, who recently replaced their guitarist, bassist and drummer. Five songs into the set, the first mosh pit broke out and didn’t cease till the closing notes of New Found Glory’s set.

After a 30-minute wait, the lights went black and Miley Cyrus’s Party In The USA poured out of the venue’s speakers as New Found Glory took the stage. The anxious crowd started pushing with anticipation as they sang along with little irony.

The opening crunch of Better Off Dead set the crowd in motion for the next hour and a half.

As promised, New Found Glory tore through their entire self-titled record stopping only to demand crowd participation and thank the audience for their support over the last 10 years.

The stage set up included a huge banner bearing their logo from 1999 and print screens of their self-titled album cover. After closing with the final song, New Found Glory walked off stage, but only for enough time to unveil a new banner bearing their present day logo.

They played another eight songs including the current single Don’t Let Her Pull You Down. As always, the band ended the show with My Friends Over You.

Pop-punkers Fireworks kicked things off with a 20 minute set to a venue that was still being filled. Fireworks played tight, but had little crowd participation.

Hello Goodbye had a little more luck with the crowd. The five piece electro-pop band garnered the first finger points of the night for fan favorites Shimmy Shimmy Quarter Turn off their debut EP and 2007 single Here in Your Arms.
