Roethlisberger Suspended

“Let me start off by saying I am not a fan of Ben Roethlisberger. It seems as though the Steeler QB spends more time on the ground than he does passing the ball. With all of that aside, Big Ben is facing a four to six game suspension for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy.”

Let me start off by saying I am not a fan of Ben Roethlisberger.

It seems as though the Steeler QB spends more time on the ground than he does passing the ball.

With all of that aside, Big Ben is facing a four to six game suspension for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy.

We all know what happened, so I don’t have to really talk about what an idiot Roethlisberger was in the first place.

I think the bottom line for Ben is to not go out in public with young girls. The whole incident could have been avoided if he would have just been a normal citizen.

What will this suspension do for the Steelers? Well they are 5-5 since 2004 without Roethlisberger undercenter.

Being that Ben was the QB that led them to a Super Bowl win, it will obviously be a blow to the team.

The suspension has been marked as four to six games, but it is likely that Roethlisberger will face a six game suspension with the possibility of it being reduced to four.

As a Browns fan this excites me. The Browns face off against the Steelers in Pittsburgh in the sixth game of the season and if the suspension holds true to six games, the Browns have a better shot of pulling out a win in the Steel City.

I don’t want to jump and say the Browns will automatically win, but
that’s just because I live in Northeast Ohio.

It’s really amazing how one mistake can ruin a season and a team. I believe that Roethlisberger’s mistake will do just that.

Luckily for me,
I will be on the side that is enjoying the suspension because I feel that for once, an NFL player will get what he deserves.
