A musical concerning a situation that students may just be able to relate with is coming to the University of Akron E.J. Thomas Hall.

The three time Tony award winner Avenue Q will be on campus from April 6 through April 8 for three shows.

The show is based on the story of Princeton, a college graduate who moves to NYC with dreams bigger than his bank account. His apartment is located on Avenue Q, where everyone is looking for a decent job, stable relationship and purpose. Princeton eventually learns to embrace the roller coaster ways of life and comes to the conclusion that the real world just might not be so bad after all.
