Country Star Charms

With a charismatic personality and looks to suit, country singer Luke Bryan rocked the Huron County Fair Aug. 11.

Bryan, 32, lit up the stage playing a 18 song set that included nine songs off of his debut album I’ll Stay Me.

He chose to open the show with Pray about Everything which was shortly followed by what appeared to be the lady’s favorite You Make Me Want To.

Bryan also played two new songs for the crowd, something he said the fans are loving.

However, don’t get too excited for a new album. It will be a little bit, the 6-foot-3 singer said. We’re going to probably get in and start recording here in a little bit.

With his boyish good looks, it’s no surprise the women at the show were going crazy.

The numerous screams of I love you, Luke, and other comments brought smiles and from the country star.

I feel like I’m on Oprah right now, Bryan responded to the crowd as teenage girls screamed questions at him in between songs.

At one point he looked at a woman and said she was making him blush.

The Georgia native was not doing anything to help the situation.

I’ve got my good jeans on, was followed by some shaking action which was then followed by more dancing.

Bryan showed he was more than just good looks by providing solid clean vocals that would rival those on his CD.

Bryan chose to close the show with his first hit single All My Friends Say.

As for his first hit single Bryan said it was based on his college years.

When I was in college I certainly had some of those moments where I woke up the next day and was like ‘Woah guys what happened last night? What did I get myself into?’

So, what as a fan can you expect from Luke Bryan’s show?

Just me up there goofing off and having a good time, Bryan said. Seems like these days more and more people are doing less and less old country covers, and I typically do several of those.

And that is exactly what he delivered to those attending his show at the Huron County Fair.

So if you’re looking for a concert that feels more like a college house party, then look no further than a Luke Bryan’s live show.
