Case, who resigned earlier this month from his position as CFO, was found guilty and fined $650. In addition, his license was suspended for 180 days.

Case currently holds the title of senior business officer. He has been using vacation and illness time and was placed on administrative leave after his arrest.

Case was arrested Sept. 3 on Interstate 271 in Macedonia after a caller informed the police that he was driving erratically through a construction zone. He declined to take a blood alcohol test.

This was Cases second alcohol related arrest. Three months after joining UA, he was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

He pleaded no contest to a reduced charge of reckless operation.
