Former chief financial officer John Case plead no contest to a charge of drunk driving on Wednesday Oct. 21.

Case currently holds the title of senior business officer. He has been using vacation and illness time and was placed on administrative leave after his arrest.
Case was arrested Sept. 3 on Interstate 271 in Macedonia after a caller informed the police that he was driving erratically through a construction zone. He declined to take a blood alcohol test.
