“Gun shots were fired on Sumner Street on the night of Friday Sept. 26, injuring one person. Myguel Roberts, age 21, received a gunshot wound to the back Friday after an argument broke out during a party around 1:16 a.m. According to the police report the party was held at 517 Sumner Street.”

The victim was shot while standing in the living room of the party. Roberts was transported to Akron City Hospital.

One man was arrested who matched the description given by witnesses.

The gun was also recovered.
