If that isn’t beating a dead marsupial, we don’t know what is.

However, aside from the tacky title, enviROOment is quite a worthy cause.

We can’t think of any other people on Earth that potentially waste more energy than college students.

Most students, living on or off-campus, pay no attention to how long they keep their lights, computers, TV’s and other appliances on because we aren’t the one’s fronting the bill-on most occasions.

If Environmental Akron chooses to focus the majority of it’s attention on educating college students of how to help conserve energy, and save money doing it, it could be a very successful organization on capus.

It will take more than the Powered Down? light switch covers to encourage students and faculty to be conservative.

Environmental Akron could very well thrive on this campus and impact a large number of people-the potential is there.

Just no more Roo slogans, please.
