UA students had a fun opportunity to get out of their dorms to win free stuff on Jan. 21. Bingo Night was held by the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH), which is an event they hold annually.

With more than 380 participants, NRHH stated that this was one of the best bingo nights they have had in a few years.

Upon entering the room in Schrank South, students were handed a bingo board and welcomed with music and lights.

UA student Victoria Wilkins stated the reason she attended bingo night was because of, “All of the great prizes and the awesome group of people that came out and put this night together.”

There was a total of 29 prizes awarded, which included a FitBit and a Futon as a grand prize. Other prizes ranged from gift cards, various baskets, and games.

UA student Vince Consiglio stated that “seeing all the happy faces when people won” was his favorite part of Bingo Night.

Bingo night left participants on their toes with anticipation and excitement for the chance at winning.

The next Bingo event that NRHH will be held this semester during sibs weekend, on Apr. 4.
