Ballroom Dance Club hosts Masquerade Ball
April 18, 2016
The Ballroom Dance Club hosted a Masquerade Ball last Saturday in the gym of Central Hower High School at 7 p.m. During the event, club members and other Akron students wore masks and put on old prom dresses and suits from high school. From swing dancing to the Cupid Shuffle, students spent the evening doing popular line dances and traditional ballroom styles.

Erika Nosal and Louis Orehek, both mechanical engineering students and ballroom competition team members, performed traditional ballroom dances.

Student Paul Hood and Tessa Coudriet pose at the end of a song.
