In association with Band of Barbers, the Hair Geek Studio and Distinguished Gents Tonsorial are holding their second annual Thanksgiving Food Drive until Nov. 18 to provide food to the homeless and others in need throughout Akron.

The list of foods that are being asked for include: corn, macaroni and cheese, green beans, mashed potatoes, cornish hens, turkey, ham, rolls, various salad ingredients, desserts and more.

Donations can be dropped off at the Hair Geek Studio & Distinguished Gents Tonsorial at 365 S. Main Street.

Then, on Nov. 21, a meal will be provided to those in need, according to the Hair Geek Studio Facebook page.

“Anything you’re willing to donate will help and be appreciated,” their Facebook page said.
