The search follows the resignation of former VP John Case.
Case was placed on administrative leave following his arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol.
He was demoted to senior business officer with his full salary and officially left the university Feb. 28.
Since Case’s demotion Scott Borgemenke served as the university’s acting vice president for finance and administration and chief financial officer.
