This Saturday is everyone’s favorite made-up holiday.

Valentine’s Day.

What is better than partaking in this special day? Oh, we know, not celebrating it.

Honestly, we feel it is a waste of time and was only created so that card companies could increase their profits.

Really, we aren’t an office full of angry cynical people who hate love. Alright, maybe we are, but that’s not the reason we think Valentine’s Day is a waste of time.

We think that if you truly love someone you shouldn’t use this day as your grand way of telling them.

If you’re going to do something for your significant other we think it would be better if it was done randomly.

Anyone can give flowers and confess their undying love on Valentine’s Day, but not everyone can do it on a normal day.

When things are done unexpectedly, it makes the action more special and meaningful.

So, how about this Valentine’s Day, you do something small.

Then, sometime later this year treat your significant other to the big surprise you had planned for them on Valentines Day.

This will end up being a pleasant surprise for them.
