With that said, I’m already tired of the cold weather and this season’s episodes of Grey’s Anatomy and One Tree Hill.

Grey’s, which usually is a show that I highly anticipate from week to week, has completely hit rock bottom this season. The lesbian relationship between Doctor Hahn and Doctor Torres obviously didn’t work out in the show’s favor because after the overplayed relationship ended, so did Doctor Hahn’s character in the show.

Ouch.

The show has continued to develop weird plots, including the interns at the hospital slicing their bodies open so they can practice surgery. What the hell? This show has obviously taken a turn for the worst.

DVR has become my best friend this fall. Not only because it’s completely convenient when it comes to hectic world and class schedules, but because when it comes to watching shows like One Tree Hill, the fast forward button is key.

One Tree Hill is on its sixth season, but with the way that it’s jammed-packed with predictable scenes and corny plotlines, it feels like you’re actually just watching the last season of 7th Heaven. Last week’s episode was based in the 1930s, which was confusing in itself. Then in the same episode, they changed all of the character’s relationships with one another and made it a complete mess. I couldn’t tell you how it ended because I got so frustrated that I deleted it before I made it to the first set of commercials.

A show that has yet to disappoint me this season: Gossip Girl. It is not only packed full of hot actors and actresses, but the plot steams up as the season goes on. I give it five stars.

On a last note, I’d like to reflect on my days as a 9-year-old when I thought

I was cool stuff riding around in my pink Barbie battery-charged convertible. The other day, Kota the Triceratops stumbled across my TV screen in a commercial and caught my eye.

This strange little creation can roar, be fed and rode. Way cooler than a Barbie convertible. Oh to be a kid in the 21st century.
