Media vultures are rude, thoughtless little pigs

“For the love of God, someone please tell the media to stop playing the Alec Baldwin tape. It’s nauseating. There’s so much that is wrong in this situation, I don’t know where to begin. Baldwin clearly is wrong for lashing out at his child, that’s a given.”

Baldwin clearly is wrong for lashing out at his child, that’s a given. But let’s not make him out to be the reincarnation of Satan.

The guy has reportedly been on the bad end of one horrendous custody battle. He claims to be a victim of parental alienation. If that’s the case, his outburst makes more sense.

If Kim Basinger is the one who leaked the recording, as many are suggesting, that’s just sick. Why exploit your child in that manner?

But, at the end of the day, the media have nothing to gain by airing the tape except ratings.

And exploiting a family’s heartache – especially a child’s – is just shameful.
