  The University of Akron men’s basketball team lost to the undefeated Creighton Blue Jays on Saturday night, 82-70. Creighton came in as the 10th-ranked team in the nation, as it improved its record to 8-0 on the season. The loss snapped the Zips’ six-game winning streak as they fall to 6-2 on the season. Sophomore guard Megan Sefcik played her best game as a Zip on Saturday, leading the University of Akron women’s basketball team to an 80-59 victory over Winthrop.
